"Professional and Courteous"

Juan came out on Tuesday, 2 April and completed an inspection of my hot tub, but due to rain he was not able to complete the valet service. He returned on Thursday, 4 April to complete the valet service of draining and refilling the tub. Juan was very professional and courteous, leaving me with a sparkling clean hot tub. He was very engaging and took the time to clarify and answer my questions. Like Sandy and Shawna, Juan represents your company in the best way possible in reflecting a high level of skill and customer engagement.

"What A Wonderful Experience!"

We unexpectedly stopped at Great Atlantic Spas on our way home from vacation to buy some spa supplies. What a wonderful experience! They have a great selection of supplies in stock including some of the latest spa technology. The showroom has a wide variety of spas and saunas in stock. The sales person was friendly and knowledgable. She spent a lot of time helping us choose the right product. The prices are extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Great Atlantic Spas.

We have been looking for a hot tub for over a year and after all of our research we found the Hot Springs hot tub would be the best for us. We contacted Great Atlantic and set up a time to meet with the sales person and went in to see the model we thought we might like. They have a very impressive show room and our sales man took us on a tour so we could see all the tubs. James was very knowledgeable and informative. My wife and I recently purchased a Finnleo Traditional Sauna and a Hot Springs Spa from Great Atlantic in Virginia Beach. From the start of this process to its finish we received outstanding customer service from Hal Wardell. I normally would not take the time to offer my opinion regarding customer service and product quality, but in this case I simply have to! Purchasing a Sauna and a Spa is something that requires a lot of thought and planning. Hal made this not only a pleasant experience but an educational one.

We had a great experience researching and eventually purchasing our Hot Springs Flair hot tub with Great Atlantic Spas. Great Atlantic actually sent a representative (Steve) out to our house to survey our deck and discuss different makes and models. Once we narrowed our choices, we made an appointment for a wet test with the whole family at the Witchduck store. Steve made sure several of our options were filled and ready to test.

Had great customer service. When Virginia Beach didn’t pickup the old hot tub, James came by on a Friday night and picked up the hot tub. We have purchased a pool and 2 hot tubs and would go back to Great Atlantic again and again.

We had a great buying experience. Tested out many different hot tubs, until we found the one we loved. The hot tub delivery went well. They were able to maneuver the hot tub into the desired place. The technician explained the set up procedure, which was simple. All in all, a good experience.

My wife and I purchased our 1st hot tub with Great Atlantic 13 years ago. We now have purchased our 2nd hot tub through them and we can only say that our experience has been exceptional beyond belief. Our first install was easy. Just set it on the concrete pad and GO! What a great product! We purchased the Sovereign Tub then and it was an awesome product. We say that in past tense. A tornado destroyed it in July. Otherwise that tub would have just kept on and on and on.

When I decided to replace my existing spa by moving it from my primary home to my rental property, I knew I wanted the best spa made, so I purchased the Grandee with the Ace system. Hal came out to do backyard consultation to finalize my selection.

We compared prices for hot tubs and got the best deal at Great Atlantic. They will come to your home afterwards to explain usage, and there were no problems at all. Our spa is a small one (designed for 4 persons) and works well for my wife and myself–big enough to stretch out in but not so large that we feel it is using up unnecessary space, electricity, chemicals, etc. If you do look into their spas, we have one suggestion: watch for hot tubs that they have on sale.

Awesome experience buying my new Sundance Spa from these guys. Steve was so knowledgeable in all the spas and their features. He did an excellent job of explaining all the models to us (and they have a number of them on the floor) and then let us make our decision. Also offered to come to the house to go over everything after it was installed. Had the crew at Great Atlantic remove the old falling apart spa and in less than 20 minutes it was gone.
