Try Before You Buy
We believe in the philosophy of "try
before you buy" and that's why we invite you to
schedule a private test soak in one of our spas. Taking a
test soak will ensure that you get the spa that's right for
you. Here are some things you will want to consider:
- Is the seating comfortable?
- How high is the water level on your body when you are
seated comfortably in the spa? For example, for very short
and very tall people, certain models will be more comfortable.
- How well do the jet types and jet placement around the
spa meet your requirements? Most spa users prefer to adjust
jet pressure for the hydrotherapy they're seeking.
- If you want your spa to accommodate both adults and children,
try out the mulit-level seating options.. The best option
for all soakers are "Barrier-free" models with
no confining seats or other obstructions to get in the way
as you move around in the water.

work on your Hot Spring, Tiger River, Hot Spot, Solana or
Caldera Spa only under the conditions set forth in the warranty
provided by Watkins Manufacturing. Unless otherwise specified,
our spas are covered for a period of 60 months/5 years from
the date of installation on components (plumbing and heater)
and for a period of 84 months/7 years from the date of installation
on the shell surface and structure.
