site preparation and delivery of your spa. We’ll be happy to
provide you with a "site inspection" to determine the
best location for your spa and check your deck, floor, or other
foundation for proper support. And, because our spas are portable
and so easy to install, you can have your Spa delivered and running
in the same day!

Spa Care Service
Want to ensure that your spa water stays sparkling clear without
you having to think about it? Sign up for our new Signature Spa
Care Service. This includes the cleaning, disinfecting, testing,
and treatment of the interior and exterior of your spa. Schedule
Signature Spa Care Service anytime or, at considerable savings,
set up a one-year contract and we'll see you every three months.

Our professional spa Water Care Service is now available in select
areas of southeastern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina.
Our trained professionals will ensure that your spa's water chemistry
is balanced and that the water is sparkling clean. You can select
weekly, biweekly, monthly or individual visits. For more information

Pre-Warranty
Expiration Checkup
When the warranty on your spa is about to run out, give us a call.
Our factory-trained service technician will come out to your home
and check that all of your spa's parts are functioning properly
- or repair or replace them, if needed, while your spa is still

New
Owner's Certification
Are you moving, and leaving your spa behind when you sell your home?
Our spa warranty is valid only with the original owner, but we offer
a "New Owner's Certification,TM" a clean bill of health
so to speak, to enhance the peace of mind of your spa's next owner.
It works like this:
- If your spa is still under warranty before you sell it, request
a pre-warranty checkup. After the checkup we'll mail you a "New
Owner's CertificationTM" that the spa was completely checked
out and any needed work done.
- If your spa is out of warranty, request a "New Owner's
CertificationTM" checkup. In the rare occasion that not everything
is up to snuff, we'll identify any parts that might need attention,
and, with your approval, repair or replace them at our regular
service rates. The "Certification" would state that
everything was checked out, and that all is okay, or note any
exceptions, which we would fix at a given cost, good for the next
90 days.
NOTE: Available only in our regular sales
and service area, within 25 miles of our stores.
